What is an aquathlon?
An aquathlon is a sport discipline where competitors swim and run with a change of equipment in between, meaning they put on running shoes after swimming, and before running. The time is measured from the start of the swimming to the end of the running, so the time of equipment change also contributes to the overall result. The winner is the one who first completes the entire prescribed distance of swimming and running to the finish. The start and finish of the race are identical to the elite sprint distance, and even part of the running track is the same as for elite triathletes.
This year, for the first time, this discipline is being introduced as part of the multi-sport event Kulin Ban, and we hope for the highest possible turnout of the youngest triathlon enthusiasts. Encourage your children, friends, and acquaintances to participate in as many numbers as possible in this competition.
This race guarantees the highest excitement for parents who will follow their little ones step by step with their cameras on, and with passionate cheering, they will bring the atmosphere to a climax. Regardless of placement, every child will receive a medal that they can proudly display later. And who knows, maybe this race will encourage some of the participants to start triathlon and one day become a future star in the triathlon sky.
PRO tip number 1: Try to put elastic laces on your sneakers, so you can easily put them on your bare feet after swimming.
PRO tip number 2: Put baby powder in your sneakers to absorb the moisture dripping from your feet after swimming, to prevent your foot from slipping inside the shoe during the run.

This track is made only for true enthusiasts and experienced triathlon connoisseurs. Children of 12 and 13 years are almost adults, and some parents will already have trouble running alongside their children. The track is a bit longer, but just enough to reveal whether you are wise enough to distribute your strength smartly throughout the entire race, and leave one "nitro" charge for a strong finish.
